Bulls Eye Oil-Base dries in two hours to a flat finish that sands easily and accepts any latex or oil-based topcoat. This high-solids formula effectively blocks unsightly stains, bright colors, and graffiti on walls, ceilings, doors, trim, windows, cabinetry, etc.
