Description
Old paint and varnish can be softened to produce a slight "tackiness" that helps new finishes bond securely to old. Good for removing heelmarks, smudges, pencil marks, wax, grease, and oil. Not to be applied over fresh paint. Before repainting, allow 30 minutes for repainting but no more than 12 hours.
